People at work have suggested using this place as it local to work, and labour is free... for members.
So as I still hadn't been able to sort the BB5s on the CX I finally got round to it this week.

Need to sign up, get sent a pack with tags for each bike.
I took it in yesterday. They called me later to say it was stripped, they would be able to sort the brakes (issue with the pads) and would replace the BB bearings, rear gear cable and a few sundries. £29. Should be rebuilt in about an hour.
Top work by the guys there, bike was gleaming when I arrived. They also advised me the rear hub needs looking at, but as I wanted the bike for tomorrow (Sun) they hadn't done it in case they needed part that weren't there. Just need to drop it in at my liesure to get sorted.
If you're local, or can be, it seems like a great idea to sign up and use them.
Also noticed they have BC Bronze Membership for £14...
