another what bike thread

Hi All,
I am just recovering from a hip replacement which has been a result of a bad accident on my Saracen Killi Team 6 years ago and I am wanting to get back into it but I want to get a full bouncer rather than the hardtail to take the impact out of some trail riding.
I want to get a 2nd hand bike for some trail riding so was looking at 100-120mm travel bikes. I'd like to spend around the £400 mark so if you would be so kind to suggest me some bikes, I have seen a couple of Treks which I like the look of due to the dropped top tube.
I have been well out of the circuit and scene for years so I am just trying to catch up as the tech has moved a long way.
