New handlebars and stem

Well Chain reaction cycles sent me some forks with a bit of damage to one of the legs (nothing serious) but they offered me a £30 voucher if I'm happy to keep them. Seeing as I'm fitting new forks I might as well use the voucher to get a new stem and bars.
I currently have 680mm bars with a 20mm rise and a 100mm stem with a 7 degrees rise. I want slightly wider bars so I was thinking of getting these:

and for the stem I'm thinking of one of these:

I want to get 700mm bars as I wouldn't mind a bit more room but from what I understand if you fit wider bars you should fit a shorter stem (?).
I don't want to drastically change the riding position so I'm thinking of getting the crank brothers stem (90mm) with the crank brothers handle bars (30mm rise,700mm)

or

The crank brothers handle bars (again 30mm rise,700mm) and the 80mm Kore stem.

Which one would be best?

Did you end up with any of the above? I like the look of that kore stem and the iodine 2 bars.
