....and it's awesome! I work away during the week and so decided to get a bike as a New Years resolution at my place I stay during the week. Been cycling 7 miles each way to my office now all week and I love it!! Gets me doing exercise, helping my Strava miles and gets me on a bike! I used to just hit 100 miles at weekend on my bike but this keeps my legs spinning and why the blooming hell haven't I done this sooner!

Oh it's a fixie as well and defn think this is the best training for building leg strength!!

Literally feel like a hippie. I didn't do a Willie Winker bike ... It's a Specialized Langster Track bike that I slapped some brakes on!! Want to get strength into the legs and I love it when I pass someone on a 20 gear bike!!!!!!

There's clearly a lot to be said for them... In London however the number of traffic lights makes them an irritation.
