Rear hydraulic disc brake stuck on

Any ideas why this might happen? I was using it happily until Friday last week, but all of a sudden (or perhaps I didn't notice it slowly happening) my brake is pretty stuck on.

I have tried pushing the pads back and re-adjusting them with the levers, but it is firmly sticking on.

Any suggestions for what I do from here?

Could be seized pistons or the master cylinder rod is jammed in.

How would/could I go about fixing that? Or is it an LBS job?

So, it's a stuck/seized/pushed-out piston. Anyone know how best to get it to retract, or is it generally knackered if this has happened?

If knackered, if I replace the calliper (around £20), how easy is it to replace, bleed, etc? Complete novice here!

You could try pushing the piston back in using a plastic tyre lever?

There are a lot of good videos on youtube showing how to bleed and set up brakes.

Take the pads out and remove the caliper off the frame and soak it in oil over night to free it off. Then try just pulling the lever a bit to see if it moves. If it does use a tyre lever or I have a lump of aluminium that fits in nicely to push them back.
