Should get 50miles in tomorrow lunch time and 30 miles very early on Sunday.

I'll also fit my new Conti 4000s tyres to see if it makes much difference and finally, look forward to getting my new bike next week biggrin

Hoping to do The Beast @ Coed y Brenin, though you may be looking for road inspiration :-)

Got a few miles in today as a warm up

Taking the youngest youth on the weekly Pedalsport kids Go-Ride session in the morning, then going up to the Huddersfield Star Wheelers Go-Ride session in the afternoon, where I'm one of the volunteers. Hopefully going for my Level 2 MTB Leaders course soon as well.

Probably an easyish group ride on sat morning, wimbledon-windsor I think. Shall try to save my legs, then get thoroughly embarrassed on my first ever time trial (25 miler) on Sunday.

Plan to take it a little easier than last weekend, all that sun sent me a little mad.. 55 miles sat, 100 on sun.. could barely walk for half the week. Good pain tho smile

Anywhere away from traffic is good with me biggrin

Cold and windy tomorrow, my two least favourite condition, so inspiration to leave the house really... hehe

Working nights tonight/tomorrow and have my right hand in plaster... So not too exciting.

Might try and clean the CX, and pull the wheels & tyres apart to try and fix the numerous punctures I had last ride.

Other than that I'll probably set an alarm to wake up and watch Tirreno-Adriatico & Paris-Nice tomorrow & Sunday.

Plan is, mtb Saturday am for a quickish 20 mile on the new bike before the rugby. Road ride Sunday am with a pal , who, we are doing the Lionheart the following Sunday, so need a few miles , then the wife wants a road ride out Sunday pm at her pace or a 'warm down' for me as she calls it.

Me and Eddh are going for a 50-miler to visit his brother's new pub-restaurant, The Star Inn at Llansoy, since you ask. I'm hoping for a go on his new bike, which I haven't seen yet.

Should get out for a short spin tomorrow but it's my sons 15th birthday Sunday - probably bad form to vanish for half the day on a group ride............

Just got back from my usual 35km route.... A sensible pub crawl tomorrow on the fixed gear...and a 80-100km club ride on Sunday morning on the summer bike.. I've never ridden with them, a mate has and I'm tagging along!

All in, a bike filled weekend!

Fitting some flat bars this evening and then out for a few miles to see if I've made a mistake or not.

Limited time. Just a quick blast to the cat and fiddle and back, in all probability.
