Recommend me a bike carry case !

Morning all,
As the title suggests, can anyone recommend me a (ideally) handlebar mounted carry case for an iPhone 5 - possibly with a battery in the case also as I'm doing a 100 mile cycle in a little over a month and want the battery to last the duration of the ride.
The handle bars are (i think) 32mm ish in dia.
