I was working from home on the Wilts/Hants border yesterday, went out for a ride early morning across Salisbury Plain but did not go anywhere near Bracknell, I also do not own a PH shirt, so it was definitely not me. Hope you find out who it was soon though.

I stalk Lee on Strava, and he was out around that time according to his feed. I reckon he went up the A329/Millenium way around about 5.25pm. Don't know if he has a PH jersey though.

ETA: It definitely wasn't me - I do have a PH jersey, and sometimes ride through Bracknell, but I haven't ridden a bike since 2nd Feb.
