Bargain or not - Trek Madone 3.5

I would appreciate some advice from the PH cycling massive please I've been offered the below bike for $2000 SGD approx £1k - is this a fair/good price?

50cm trek Madone 3.5 with ultragra shifters in a compact crank with fast-forward wheels 60cm.

Any key issues to look out for with this particular bike - have dug out some of the reviews when they first came out and all seems very positive.

Great bike for the money if all is as appears and has no damage.

Do you know for certain the wheels are genuine?

Im going to view it in the next couple of days, it's a friend of a friends but all appears genuine.

Yes the wheels are real FF's, they alone must be worth almost 1k. Owner says its in good nick just needs a tune up/service.

The owner has just forked out 10k sgd on a S Works so has no need for the Trek any longer.

Let's hope it fits!

It's definitely the real deal, size wise 50cm is small however I'm only a mighty 5:8 so will give it a try to see how it fits.

quick update, test rode it today, fits well, so bought it for a fair 1900 SGD.

Needs a quick service but other than that all seems in fine fettle, now to get some shoes and take it for a proper ride! :-)
