MTB Video in the Lake District

Nice little ride I did in the Lakes with 4 mates...off the side of Skiddaw and down onto Ullock Pike....a real MTB Ride....sweet as !!!

Sadly its quite recently gone, but I am JamesC on the forum, should have worked harder on a name! Ive had 2 now and will have another for sure when the right one comes along.

I am heading to the Lakes in July with my other half but have planned to have a days riding somewhere. Your video has certainly inspired me to do some planning!

I did Grizedale and Whinlatter. Grizedale red was pretty underwhelming.
The red at Whinlatter was fking awesome - if you do both the loops together it's a decent enough ride.
I ended up doing both loops one morning - then went back and did them again the same evening.
The ascents are nice enough - enough singletrack and techie bits to keep it interesting. The descents were fantastic - with enough speed then can be properly exciting.
