Today I fitted a front light to my Allez road bike. The cables go out in front of where the light is mounted on the handlebars & will cast shadows. Is it ok to tie wrap the cables together so they sit lower than the handle bars or will this stretch them/cause other problems?
Perfectly fine unless you kink em. I'm not sure if it's even possible to need to adjust afterwards, unless you pulled a cable outer so hard that it moved in the barrel adjuster.
