It was a toss up between this and a Ti Enigma.
Waited nearly three months for it to arrive but just put it to the back of my mind once initial order was placed.
Assembly was very straightforward and the bike came with documentation from all components, a few tools including a torque wrench, two padded Mavic wheel bags and spare brake pads.

Not wishing to rain on your parade but I would have gone Ti. Having recently gone down the Ti route there's nothing like it as a frame material. So much so I'm getting rid of my carbon, my aluminium and my steel. They are all redundant. Ti is all you ever need. The rest is in the guns.Funnily enough, totally turned off TI because it seems to be the in thing with all the rapha tragics.. reverse snobbery if you like 
Also the engineer in me says you have far more scope to vary the characteristics in laid up carbon than in welded tubes, however nice. And finally not many Ti bikes in races. But so long as everyone's happy with what they got..
Do like this a lot, rather gutted they don't have anymore in my size (and that the 7.0 comes with DI2 and cheaper wheels, or the nice wheels and no DI2). Not sure I like the black / white scheme.

I have been looking at a Cannondale Synapse for that long-ride comfort without sacrificing too much in performance. Reading a review on the Canyon though it seems like this is a performance bike that doesn't sacrifice too much in comfort. Pricing looks similar too. The decision just got harder.

Regarding the Ti/carbon decision, I already have an Alu cycloross bike as my winter hack so wanted something a bit special. Not that Ti isn't special but I had narrowed it down to an Enigma. I (nearly) bought into the idea of a British bike company manufacturing the best bikes with the finest materials. After further reading I discovered all their off the peg frames are made in China and an admission that in time they will inevitably offer carbon frames. Thats fine but I felt it wasn't worth the premium over a Canyon.

Exactly what I thought, the only reason I didnt get the Dura-Ace was the shiny chain ring looks odd against the black frame and wheels compared to the grey Ultegra.Just told the missus this morning I would like some Lightweight Meilenstein Obermayer wheels to go with, she had no idea what that meant and probably for the best!
