Brake Bleeding Problem

I was changing the fluid in my rear brake and have ran into a bit of an issue.

When I was refilling with new brake fluid, I pumped the brake lever fully in and I think it has created an air lock. Even though I can't get any more fluid syringed into the system, when I pull the lever, the pistons don't move at all.

Any ideas how to fix this?

The brakes are Shimano BR-M505's

You have to syringe the fluid in the bottom then syringe the excess out of the top until bled, then top up the reservoir when finished. This seems to be a bit different from other brakes you get.

Sounds like you're doing the right thing with the syringes bleeding from the bottom to top, but try here for additional info in case you're missing something.
