Boardman Road Team Carbon

Currently on a Boardman Team hybrid but having got more and more into the whole cycling lark reckon I'm ready for my first road bike.

Was looking at this Team Carbon, Currently £1,000 but can get up to 20% off that with various discounts. Any views/hints/tips welcome..!

I have one and it's a great bike. Far (as in, feels more than the £200 difference in cost) better than the Road Comp (which I still use for commuting)

Obviously I would say that, because I own one. But, as in impulse purchase when I already had the Comp, there was no buyers remorse. Which must mean something!

I've just done pretty much the same as you and bought a Team Carbon to replace my Hybrid Comp. Done it just as an impulse buy when they had 20% off the other week.

Now it's my first proper road bike so I've not got too much experience to base it on, but I'm another one who is very pleased with it, if that helps
