Tacx Rollers - Noise Solution?

I purchased some second hand Tacx rollers from a lady who had used them a couple of times so they were like new earlier this year.

I use this exact model at a Cycle Club & they run silent, however, the ones purchased are very noisy like a plastic pram wheel over cobbles. They do not change when loosening or tightening torque of the roller in the frame & the pulley belt it nice n tight. Bearings would be new.

Anyone else had this & suggest what could be done to rememdy as they are a fairly simple item?? Clearly no warranty is avaialble on these s/h.

I had some Tacx rollers - they were noisy in the house (timber sub-floors) but quiet out in the utility (concrete floor).

Maybe a different floor build up?

Mine had a bit of a rumble from them so I fitted 6 new FAG bearings and now they are whisper quiet
