I used them for a set of wheels. Didn't have an issue, but the tracking number didn't work from the moment it left DHL Germany to the moment is arrived at my door, total shipping time was 2 days from the time I placed the order.
I would order from them again without hesitation and their English is very good, much better than my schoolboy German.

I used them once, was a bit of a saga. They listed a particular Camelbak, I ordered and they sent me the wrong item. They ignored me for a good few weeks until they admitted they had none of what I ordered and would I be happy just keeping the one sent out. In the end the sending it back process was fairly painless, but I wasted a month trying to get something that was ordered and delivered from the US in 4 days.
To be fair, once I got hold of them it was fairly easily sorted, but I couldn't help but feel they were trying to get me to keep the incorrect (and cheaper) item.

I purchased a set of wheels from them with Center Lock Disc Brake fitting, I needed the 6 bolt fitting - I realised about 5 minutes after ordering, tried contacting them to cancel the order but failed - none of my phones would let me phone them (work restrictions) so I received the wheels a few days after, used their free returns and was issued a full refund, which I did have to chase up a couple of times before receiving, I guess it was only a couple of weeks later though.
Not a bad experience and would use them again, just make sure I order the correct items next time...
