oversized trailers for children?

A friend of ours has a daughter who is special needs.
She is 4 and approx 1.1m tall, 20kg she can hold herself but currently can't walk or sit unattended.
They have been using a Hamax rear seat but she is just too big now.
They have tried our trailer but she is too tall and her head hits the roll bar, can't use a tag along and we can't seem to find another seat or trailer to take her.
She loves going out on the bike but we can't seem to find anything easily available, e other main problem is storing when not in use.
With have found a couple of trailers aimed at disabled adults but they are too big and can't be folded down! Finally cost is a major problem.

Please see my thread above, my youngest daughter has cerebral palsy, so we use the wehoo I-go bike trailer. It has a three point harness to keep hit secure and pedal straps to keep her feet attached. She can pedal as well. It is a great piece of kit and I have a few dad's coming and asking about it. If memory serves it was £400 . Not cheap, but very well made and great customer service, plus it means we can cycle as a family, without this we wouldn't be able to do so. Any questions just ask, cheers.
