Best free GPS for cycling?

Chaps, I use Strava to record my rides, and have just bought a Quad Lock to mount my phone onto my bike, so would like an app that gives me stats as i'm cycling - the most important of which is current speed.

Any recommendations?

I've been using MAP MY RIDE gives you plenty of info, Speed etc, also logs all rides very neatly courses/distance/time taken/section times/gradient.
Only problem with phone Apps is Battery draining, but there are ways round it such as carrying a portable charger but its never ideal.

I have 'Cycle track GPS' and 'Sports Tracker' still testing them out at the moment to choose a favourite but from a start it seems CTG is better for displaying as you go and ST is better for recording your route which I suppose you already get from Strava so I'd look into CTG for what you are after.
