Child bike seat
Discussion
I don't think you're going to find one, as it appears to be a full suspension MTB.
Seats either mount on a pannier rack, or use a bracket around the seat tube, neither of which will work in this case.
At a push I guess you might be able to find a trailer which can be fitted, we have one but it mounts to the axle so only works on a nutted or QR axle with flat dropouts so that wouldn't be any good in this case either. Maybe one which mounts to the seatstay might do the job?

You can't put a child seat on a full suspension mountain bike. Even if you could increase the air pressure in the rear shock they're not really designed for the extra weight. Mounting a seat is the least of your worries.
As already mentioned look at trailers although I'm not sure I'd want to tow one around with a full sus mountain bike. We've got one but I use my hybrid with it.

I would always suggest a rear fitting seat instead of a front mount! Front mounted seats, particularly a top tube mounted like shown above, are awful as they induce an unnatural riding position. A young child will very quickly out grow a front seat too whereas a rear seat will last much longer.
Go for a Hamax as you can use their different bars to ensure the best fit to your bike. Get the best you can afford, it's all in the interests of comfort for your kids
