Shame. They used to make some epic forks. Wonder if the cycle arm will get bought by someone else.

Marzocchi Bombers are right up there with the best mountain bike forks you can get.
I remember upgrading from elastomer/coil sprung Rockshox Judys to Bomber Z3s and the plushness of oil bath & coil was unforgettable. Then the move to Drop Offs with the 20mm bolt through was another huge step.
I'm currently running Marzocchis on 3 of my 4 bikes so if they do decide to get out of the industry perhaps they could do the decent thing and ensure there are spare parts in circulation as I had to wait 3 weeks for seals last time i rebuilt mine!

Nobody I know has Marzocchi. Either RS or Fox. They used to be popular with their bombers and 888's, quality took a hit when they went far east and were always regarded as heavy when people started to look at lightening their bikes. Very limited OEM stuff as well. No idea what their pike equivalent was. Not sure many do, complete failure to market.

Their DH forks used to be the kiddies though. I still have a set of Jr-Ts on my MTB tandem. I developed a custom spring set for them just after I bought them years ago and they've never been serviced since and are still buttery smooth. Heavy mind.Shame really
You're right though, I've never seen a bike in recent years with a set of Ms fitted.
The 2007ish 55 ATA and the shift to Far Eastern production was the beginning of the end. The forks were an utter disaster: unreliable, expensive, unreliable, heavy and oh yeah, unreliable. A friend had a set and was forever having problems with them. At the same time, Rockshox had the Pike, the Argle, the Totem etc, etc which were everything the 55s et. al were not. OE manufacturers ran to RS and Fox (weight and cost), the aftermarket buyers shied away from them on grounds of cost and reliability, and that was that...
