Remove nut from bolt, place hanger on frame with the bolt through the hole, attach nut to bolt. Tighten.

Just did one this weekend. I've done 3 different bikes in the last 2 years, 1 road 2 mtb, so assume all are the same...

2 small screws into frame with a bit of threadlock then a bigger bolt through the large hole from the mech itself. I find it easier to put the hanger on the frame first and then the mech on the fitted hanger

There should be a small screw at the back of the mech that ensures the angle of the mech is right. Leave this alone and assuming the mech itself is not damaged then all should be good to go.
