Which hybrid for the wife

The wife has decided she wants to come out riding with me so we are looking for a hybrid for her. Nothing too fnacy, but I want a decent lightweight bike for her. She's narrowed it down to the following three.

I have a Cube road bike so I'm leaning towards that because I'm familiar with them. Want to advise her problem, so would appreciate any input on them.

There are la lot of used women's (and men's) bikes out there in very good condition.

The keen women cyclists I know were into cycling before they met their husbands, or were already fit athletic types. Although I have met some very fit and fast women who most men struggle to keep up with, most newcomers would find it hard to keep up and don't enjoy it.

Ps. Why a hybrid? A cyclocross type bike is better for most non-technical riding..

I've never bought a hybrid with suspension and would skip those. We've had some of the WSD Trek FX bikes and those are good. Lightness and cost increase as you go up the range.
