What upgrades to boardman carbon bike ?
Discussion
Id broadly go with the above
Tyres and wheels will give the best bang for your buck
The merits of factory vs handbuilt will be revealed after a session with 'search' but FWIW a set of Mavic Ksyrium Elites should come in under 400 notes after shopping around and hit the spot nicely
Only touch the other bits when they wear out unless youre wallet is really burning a hole, in which case a new bike would be better - except some random carbon loveliness like bottle holders, bars or seatposts etc etc etc

Will the mavic krysium elites fit the tiagra 10 speed cassette I have ?
Almost certainly yes, but do your own researchIve just been Googling prices as it looks like they've been revamped for 2015
RRP is over 500 notes but Merlin at least have them for 399
A little time will probably find some "old" ones at a good discount, mine were previous model year when I bought them

Thats crazy talk! Its much easier to just post things in a forum rather than use Google I'm on some of the facebook groups for buying and selling cycling bits and some people just seem to be so lazy its untrue!
Anyways. Wheels and tyres make a massive difference. Maybe GP4000S or Michelin Pro4s? Shimano Ultegra wheels seem pretty cheap atm at £220 for a set
So new wheels, mavic krysium's and a 105 groupset, took the Bike out for a 20mile jaunt.
Loving the new wheels, much stiffer and power transfer is great on the hills, 105 brakes are nice and powerful.
But there is a problem... The 105 5800 brake hoods are totally different to the Tiagra hoods I had on when I had the bike fit done on the bike, oh well !
