Road rides around Harpenden

I'm going to be in Harpenden at the weekend with my bike so I was hoping to get some ideas of places to include in 50 ish mile rides.

I tend to ride on the country lanes around this neck of the woods , if you have an OS to hand, head out to redbourn, flamstead, markyate, trowley bottom, gaddestone row, studham whipsnade ,Dunstable downs, then loop back towards Harpenden, 40ish miles,

Yes you take for granted your local rides, always nice to go somewhere different, im off for a ride on the coast next week.
