I've been offer a new bike

I was looking for a street as to how I'd find a Specialized Roubaix Elite SL4?

I've been thinking of getting a decent road bike for some time and am working on the basis that this will be so good I'll ride it a lot more often, get fitter and perhaps some decent distances.

Is it over the top for me as a very casual rider on a Giant Hybrid or will it spur me on.

It's a friends bike so whilst still a big commitment financially it's a saving on new?
