Bike Box needed North Hampshire

I was wondering if anyone had a bike box I could borrow 25th-29th Nov this year.

I am in Fleet and can collect.

Stupid question but do you need separate travel insurance for bikes? Better check my policy!

As in regular cardboard type? My local Halfords happily gave me a couple when I Ebayed a couple of bikes last year..

My insurance is with the house policy which covers it for transit. Used the bike box on numerous flights and worst problem I had was a skewer which got bent (connects the wheels to the lid). I usually fly with BA as they don't charge extra for the box either

Off to Tenerife with Easy Jet for another autumn long weekend. Should be ok with them unless I take my man bag on the plane with hand luggage.

I will check my John Lewis home insurance but I think it may expire before the trip, it was heavily discounted as a new customer so will probably need to swap providers!

If your travelling abroad, I believe airlines don't like cardboard bike boxes anymore. Seemed the case ( boom tish !) when we went last year as had to get a bike bag and lined with cardboard to keep it stiff......
