Anyone doing this ride starting in Worcester on Sunday? I'm booked on the 75 miler with my brother. Route follows a bit of a stage from last year's ToB and some very nice parts of Worcestershire. Glad we're going down Ankerdine though.

That's the main reason I didn't book the 100 miler - the weather could have been oh so different...
Once over Malvern we're into lovely rolling countryside across the Severn plain and Vale of Evesham. Should look stunning this time of year. The most northerly bit of the 75 mile route gets within half a mile of my home in Droitwich. Your 100 mile route takes you to the Teme Valley and close to the Shelsley Walsh hillclimb. Again a fantastic bit of countryside.

Been going to Shelsley as a spectator and sometime competitor for too many years and fancy a crack the bike hillclimb, but so far never worked out time wise. Bit of a poor bit of coordination with dates. The Esses must be a killer...
Enjoyed the 100 miler today despite having a couple of mechanicals en route. had to stop to check the tightness of headset at the start and with 12 miles to go my right hand shifter gave up the ghost leaving me with a 10th gear single speed! Luckily the hard climbs were out of the way by then. Great organisation and great route, I especially enjoyed Malvern. If anyone has a right hand Shimano 105 (5700) shifter for sale then let me know!
That as about a perfect day's ride as I've had in a long time. Weather was perfect, countryside was looking fabulous, no mechanicals for me (sorry).
Climbs were a good test, but agree, nice to get them over with in the first third of the ride. According to the full route Strava segment I was 18th out of 50 or so listed, so quite chuffed.
