So yesterdays commute, there was a rattle, which I thought was the light cable to the battery rattling. Then tingle noises and look to find the light switch ring had unscrewed. That had me looking for a while for the switch that also disappeared in the cycleway leaves and crap. Then today.........feeling a bit rough myself and a puncture. Managed to get within 300 yrds of work before the walk. Couldn't be bothered to change the tube until I did it at work. So tomorrow........ I am wearing a full face crash helmet, body armour and big boots, as waiting on the third now........
