Tyre reality check, please?

I have an old hybrid Ridgeback bike. 2-years ago, about this time, one wheel buckled and so I asked my LBS to swap the wheels to narrow wheels and road tyres, as I fancied doing more cycling. As is often the case, the following year, I bought a proper Carbon road bike and so the former useful hybrid is doing nothing.

The tyres are currently Hutchinson 620 x 23, but I do not know the exact dimension of the rims. I would like to swap them for a Toro CX tyre of 32mm.

Using this table http://www.schwalbe.com/en/reifenmasse.html I have assumed that the rims are 15mm and so 32 would be OK. If the rims happen to be 13mm, would the tyres still be OK, for very occasional use?

FWIW, the bike is in France and I am currently in England and do can't simply remove the tyre and measure the rim.

Id avoid putting a 32mm tyre on a 15mm internal rim, it won't be well supported. 28mm make a massive difference over 23mm and should be ok on that rim.

Assume this is on the hybrid? If not check the frame can take the increased tyre size.

Those tyres will fit just fine. Cyclocross riders have been using tyres that size on narrow road rims for years.

Frame is not a problem, it's just a case of reverting to the tyre size it had 2-years ago.

Two very different opinions. Just to be clear this is only to do a couple of Km to buy bread etc. The most I would ever do is 20km along a river bank. It really is just trying to make the bike useful.

I've got 35mm tyres on a 14mm bed as supplied from factory on my gravel bike, will be running 40mm on a 15mm bed soon.
