ceiling mounted double hooks for minor maintenance

Years ago I worked in a cycle shop that a series of proper workstands but also a set of ceiling mounted hook on rope/bungie for minor repair tasks.They were double hooks with one set going on the handlebars and the second set on the seat. I have not been able to find anything similar in the UK - the only set I have found is on a Dutch site and they don't ship to the UK. Pls see http://www.fietsparts.nl/fietsonderdelen/fietsgere... Decathlon do a similar thing with rope and pulleys.

How posh, the bike shop where I worked had old inner tubes hanging from the roof, you just hooked one around the saddle...
