Convert a route from Garmin Connect to Strava?

I'm doing a ride later on this month and the organisers have provided the route map as a Garmin Connect file.

Is there any way I can convert this into a format I can use as a sat nav on an Android phone? Pretty sure I'll be able to follow the route by myself (keep the water on the right).

Currently track my rides using Strava on the phone, and there is no budget to buy a Garmin this month!

Any recommendations for an app or process?

Connect is a free app - will it not talk to the mapping on Android?
