Cover for bikes on tow bar mounted bike carrier

Anyone know of a decent cover for a tow bar mounted bike carrier (e.g. Atera Strada DL3) for up to 3 bikes?
All the ones I've found online say not suitable for tow bar mounted carriers.

Hmm, close up behind the protective wall of a motorhome, sure. On a car towbar rack way out back, no thanks. Would also cover the number plate and lights.
