Got a load of holiday days remaining, so thinking of a 3/4 day jaunt into Europe.

Any ideas for a Thursday - Monday? Routes?

Cycling there and back or flying/driving to somewhere for riding?

Drive somewhere. Cycle about for 3/4 days. Drive back.

The world is your oyster really.

Mont Ventoux and surrounds
Annecy and the Haute Alps
Monaco, la Madone, Col de Turini etc
Embrun, for the Col d'Izoard, Sestriere, Col de la Bonette
Scotland's North Coast 500
Alta Badia is superb if you don't mind the longer drive
Ferry to Santander and then play time in the Basque Country and Pyrenees
So many options.

For something closer to home and less lumpy, a tour of the Normandy D-Day or Great War sites. This was something I did with a couple of PHers two years ago and it was incredible.

I did ventoux / alpe d Huez last summer but was more "turn up at the bottom and cycle to the top" as I JD my brother who was a non cyclist.

If I went to Bedouin for example are there 4 nice 100km rides? Any links to them?

Not really. Go to Bourg d'Oisans and ride the big cols from there.

Still better with company tho.
