Anyone in the Herts area up for an MTB ride?

Excuse the slightly dodgy-sounding title. 
I've just got back into mountain biking after a bit of an absence and I wondered if there were any local PHers who fancied organising an MTB ride?
I'm based near Hertford and tend to ride in Broxbourne Woods and around Hertford Heath. Thanks to the joys of being self employed I can do weekdays or weekends, although I should point out I am colossally unfit currently so serious XC types might find me a bit pedestrian!
