Oxygen E Bike CB De-Restrict?

I have the chance to ride my electric bike on a friend's private land, with no access to the general public.

Does anyone know how to de-restrict my bike, please?

I know about the regulations, that's why I will be using the bike on private land.

It's an Oxygen E Mate CB, bought new at the end of 2015.

Look up the motor and then Google e bike tuning with that motor. Someone will do software or a dongle for it.
