Boardman Road Team v Comp current models

I'm considering this over the Boardman Comp Road. Can anyone give any feedback on either?

No experience of either but the more expensive one is full carbon and had a better groupset so would make a decent but at 799( join British Cycling for an extra 10% off)
The cheaper one will be heavier and has a lower spec with less gears but it has disc brakes.
I would take a look at this, it has a carbon frame, 105 groupset (better and lighter than the boardmans) and has disc brakes, bit of a bargain really-

Our cycle2work scheme is with Halfords which is why I'm looking at these, brings the 799 bike down to 389 of salary deduction which is good value!
