Another what kit question...

Am after a super lightweight rain proof jacket that doesn't impede wind resistance too much like my current cycling jacket. The sort that would easily fit in a cycling jersey pocket..

Sportful Hotpack stuff is very good. I have the gilet and it packs down to something smaller than an apple.

Probably not perfectly waterproof but should keep you dry in a shower.

Enough to fit in Jersey pocket, is definitely shower proof, not torrential rain waterproof. I have a £200 gore full waterproof thing that I never use, just use the hot pack instead

Exactly the same here. Got a Gore Oxygen for my birthday last year and worn it twice. It's not that packable to only worn if it's raining or certainly will do. If that's the forecast I tend to stay at home. Probably very good for commuting though.
