SRAM hidden chainring bolts

I won a SRAM Red Quarq on Ebay the other day but its turned up with 1 chainring bolt sheared and the bolt for the hidden hole missing. Whilst this isnt as described on the auction so I could return it, it seems silly do so for whats only chainring bolts.

Problem is I cant find the hidden bolt part to buy anywhere. Has anyone been able to fit these using normal chainring bolts, or can anyone point me towards the piece I need?

You can buy bolt kits for them:

Worth having a couple of spare bolts as the SRAM bolts aren't very strong from my experience.
