I have this bike

Will this cast fit and work without having to change the chain, derailleur etc?

I can find a 12-28 cassette to fit but want to retain the 11 tooth sprocket if possible, and i suppose the lover gear would be handy.

To go from a max cassttte size of 28 to 32 you will need a longer chain , and perhaps a mid size cage - derailleur (if one is not already fitted)

I wouldn't worry to much between a small ring of 11-12 unless you spend a lot of time ridding at 35mph ++

Should have added

Move from 28 to 32 makes a big difference on the really steep stuff......so worth the change (if you live in a lumpy land)- I have a 32 on both my bikes biggrin

The snake hipped riders on here will tell you not to bother and just train harder
