Again, I've not had to make a claim, but Darren and his team provided the best customer service I've ever experienced in getting my quote set up and processed.
Really friendly and chatty, happy to spend all the time it took going through the details and making changes to get to exactly the policy I wanted.
Hopefully I'll never have to make a claim, but if I do, I'm confident that they'll be equally professional handling that.

I've just switched our house & contents insurance from John Lewis to Pedalcover. We didn't have the bikes fully covered on the JL policy, either for value or theft away from home.
We've got unlimited buildings & contents cover. I'd have saved £150 anyway in switching, and in the end it's worked out at £250 because I've taken off accidental contents damage, since Pedalcover's standard policy already includes some decent accidental damage cover. Plus the bikes are now fully covered.
Can also confirm that their customer service is excellent, much better than the usual faceless call centres...
