Bike storage and deep carbon rims

Following on from previous discussions on bike storage I now use a set of BBB BTL-19 - ParkingLot II Storage Hook to store my bikes and they work really well (once you rememnber you nee enough clearance to get the wheel in).
I'm just getting a new bike with 50mm deep carbon rims and wonder if this will be ok with these rims or do I need to find another method?
