Anyone encountered the bike life tribes in their local area?

Pretty big in Birmingham and Cardiff, not sure about other areas.

Wonder what the PH viewpoint on this trend is?

Not much Pedal Powered is there.
Just looks like a bunch of idiots who should not be on the road. IMHO

Shouldn't this be in Biker Banter?

From what I've seen of 'Bike Life' it's a bunch of gimps taking massive liberties.

They're mostly on pedal bikes in the UK. Obviously it's an extreme culture...but it's quite interesting I think.

Its big in America, few making good money from youtube and merchandise things, there's ones on this side of the pond trying to replicate and monetize it.

All found out from a you tube documentary I watched about bike life in London, don't see it down here...

There was a BBC doc about the bike life craze. Following a guy from London who lives by it.

They seem to just want somewhere they can ride their bikes.

Had me thinking why not start mx or track riding.
I know there's the costs of that, and that surely is more fun than just doing a wheely.

I followed one of the guys for 2 weeks on instagram until he really annoyed me with what he was doing.
