Can you extract a gpx file from a bing map?

Some kind soul on the internet has put a route onto bing, does anyone know if you can extract the route into a gpx file?

It would save me a few hours work with a few Os maps and strava to create one.

I'm not familiar with Bing maps. What file extension is the route you're interested in currently?
