I needed a set of these recently and there aren't many options. It came down to Hunt 4 seasons or Kinesis CX Crosslights. I went for the Kinesis as the shop that built my bike was a stockist. Not done many miles but no complaints with them, although the Hunts look better in my opinion.

Depending on how strong you're looking for I've got a set of the Kinesis Crosslight CX disc wheels that I'm selling. They're tubeless ready and fairly strong but not 32h.

I've got two pairs of Crosslight wheels, I've had to replace the nipples on one set, as they were breaking off at the rim. Been fine with brass nipples though.

Merlin had Grails and Iron Crosses at about £75 a pair, and I've had no problems at all with any Stans rims

I've got 3 sets of Iron Cross and a set of Grails and they've all been great. All have been raced for at least a season.

I bought some of the cheap Merlin IC's (24h x 2 for £65) and then built them up with Novatech hubs and simple butted DT comp spokes and the net result was Sub 1500g wheelset for £170

I saw the new Islabike Pro range use Stans Crest mk3 rims. I was a bit surprised so I asked the chap running the stand and he said they were lighter than Iron Cross (364 vs 385g) and the extra width didn't hurt either (23 vs 20mm)

I've got a set of those too. They're std issue on Spec Crux. Nowt wrong with the but they're heavy like Grails. I'd only get them if you need the high pressure ability. Otherwise the £40 saving is going to cost you 130g which on a bang per buck basis is huge esp as it's rotating mass.

DT SWiss R460DB here too. 18mm internal, tubeless ready, 450g, inexpensive (esp from Germany)

Or DT Swiss X392 (MTB XC rim but rated to same pressure as their road rims). 20mm internal, tubeless ready, 440g, inexpensive (esp from Germany). Trade off is 18mm height rather than 23mm of the R460DB.

I've built up wheels with each. Lots of use on the R460DB on/off-road without issue but yet to use the X392 wheelset yet, so can't comment on them specifically but not expecting the experience will be any different.
