If you can stretch to £300, Campag Zonda. If it's a strict £200, Campag Vento.
I've had Vento on my Condor Fratello for nearly 10 years and they have been fantastic - never gone out of true, light for the price, look great with an unusual spoke pattern. On my Sunday best bike, I'm thinking about a pair of Zondas to replace the cheapish wheels the bike came with.

How about Cero AR24 wheels? Around 1.5 Kg per pair, or even lighter for the new Evo version. Great reviews on YouTube and online, but has anyone here experience of Cero wheels or seen them in the metal?
.
I'm not far from Cycle Division, so there's lots of their wheels in the local clubs. I've got the ARD23s, not had any problem with them. Lots of AR24 & AR30s in my club and I don't recall anyone having anything bad to say about them.

I bought a set of AR22s late last year and I've done a couple of thousand km in them with no trouble. I needed wheels with a +95kg option at the time and they fitted the bill. Light and still perfectly true. I'd happily buy another set of wheels from Cycle Division.I appreciate that the AR22s are slightly out of budget but the AR24s may do the job. Otherwise in the OP's price range would be the Campags mentioned, or maybe Mavic Aksiums.

I have AR24's on my Hoy. Fantastic wheels that haven't had any issues at all. They've been on a couple of years now and still as true as the day I got them.
.They make a great whizz on freewheeling too.

Home build. Novatec hubs, Dt Swiss Comp spokes, DT Swiss R460 rims. They are pimpin.
I'd also recommend getting some made (if you haven't got the skills / time / tools to do it yourself). I've had very good experience with Paul Hewitt in Leyland. I've got several sets that he's made for me over the last 15 years, all of which are as true as the day they were delivered. Each time I've described exactly what I've wanted and he's built something specific. For example, on the road bike I've got a set of very strong wheels as (a) I once had a wheel collapse after hitting a pothole 80 miles from home and it's not something I want to repeat (b) it's reasonably common to have sections of non-tarmaced sections of road on cycle routes here. He built me a set of wheels similar to what would be needed for something like Paris-Roubaix. The touring bike has a hub dynamo (Shutter Precision) and again he built a wheel around this. Also, be a bit careful about some of the lighter weights being quoted. My set are made with decent spokes with brass nipples and came out around 1,600g. My buddy has some ProLites which are quoted as around 1,500 but he wants me to rebuild them with brass nipples as the crap ally ones have corroded and he's snapped a few already. Saving weight with ally spokes isn't worth it in my experience!

I think the OP may be sorted now, but I'd also wholeheartedly recommend Cero wheels. Ive got the ARD23s and the AR30s on my bikes, and both have been great wheelsets. Theyve done thousands of miles between them yet theyve not dropped a spoke and still run true. I think the prices have increased slightly but theyre still good value against the competition.
