I bought my Tripster frame from them last year some time. They were pretty good to deal with and delivered it fairly quickly.

I'm not sure anything's changed since then though.

Bought a bike 18 months or so ago, pretty painless. Ordered some bar tape a few weeks back, that was a pita.

i ordered my Cycliq fly 12 from them which was a real pain, Althogh they were very helpful when i phoned i didn't want the politeness i just wanted the product !

I also bought a K-EDGE out front thing & their service & delivery was excellent.
