Has anyone on here done this?

Myself and a few colleagues are looking at doing this in September for charity. Going to do it over 3 days so it's about 65 miles per day.
I'm looking for recommendations for accommodation if possible, and any other tips on doing it.
I've found a couple of youth hostels for the first night, one in Wasdale and the other in Eskdale (this one I think would be the preference). Struggling to find anything cheap and cheerful for the second night near Kirby Lonsdale.
As it's for charity, it will all be self-funded and I don't want people to start dropping out if it's going to cost too much.
