How to update Shimano Steps

I have an E6000 steps motor on a raleigh Strada bike. How do i set the Shimano into bluetooth mode? The manual is rubbish doesnt say anthing about it.

The E6000 manual doesn't mention a bluetooth mode only connecting to a pc via SM-PCE1 and SM-JC40 which I think are Di2 junction boxes. Not cheap at £130 quid either!
The E8000 does have bluetooth and it will be an item in the settings menu.
I'm no expert just what I found on Google and the manual.

An SM-BCR2 is usually cheaper and they are more common. If you know anyone with Di2, they will have one.
