Is it just me, or has anybody else found out that on trying to place an order on Wiggle, not only are they no longer a Platinum customer, but that their account does not exist?
The helpdesk can confirm that I have never bought from Wiggle before.... Helpful.
Funny that. My new bike has plenty of its kit on.
Anybody else had this / resolved it, or do we just go and shop somewhere else?

They have recently had issues with new IT system meaning stock levels are all over the show at the moment, it'll be sorted eventually.
RE losing platinum discount, the only thing I can think of would be to go into your email account and filter all wiggle emails in the past 12 months, email them copies and say "no, look, I am a platinum customer"

If there prices weren’t always consistently cheaper and than other sites and returns so efficient I’d have given up on them already.
Last 3 orders have shown plenty of stock then get cancelled orders. Hopefully IT issues will sort itself out.
