Does a standard ultegra di2 mech take a 30T cassette?

Just out of curiosity really, obviously it typically comes with 28T, but would it take a 30?

Probably, with a bit of b screw adjustment.

Are you talking the 6870 or the 8050?

I've got the Dura Ace 9070 which should match the 6870 for size, and I ride with a 30 without trouble.

Their website specs the standard 8050 as accepting of a 30.

And now Shimano actually do a good spec 30 tooth you're not limited to the eye watering Sram Red cassette .
